Library Catalog

Find books and resources for recreational reading or academic research. 

Log into the catalog to utilize our Interlibrary Loan Service which accesses the catalogs of over 200 Rhode Island schools.  Request a book and it will be delivered to Chariho within about two weeks.  This is a free service.

Student login for ordering books from other schools:

Username: cho (plus your 6-digit student ID)  example:  cho987654
Password: PowerSchool password

Once you've signed in, change "Location" from the drop-down menu in the center of the page from Chariho to RICAT (all members).  This will allow you to search and place holds on books from all 200 schools.

JoVE Science Database - JoVE Science Education teaches laboratory fundamentals, concepts, and current science topics through simple, easy to understand videos.   Access through your Chariho Google account.  You will be asked to allow JoVE access to Google the first time you login.  

Rhode Island's Reference Resource Center

ASKRI.ORG -  Free access to databases and other online resources provided by the state.  No login required if using a Rhode Island IP address.  Note that you need a library card to access MANGO LANGUAGES remotely.  You can get a library card online at this link.

PBS TeacherLine Resources  & PBS Learning Media - A free online library of trusted, quality, curated resources from PBS and public media stations that includes short videos, lessons and interactive games for prek-12 grade.

World101 - From the Council on Foreign Relations explaining the fundamentals of international relations and how the world works.

World Book Online - Primary sources, encyclopedic articles, eBooks and more.
