DUE: May 8, 2026 by 2:15 pm to the School Counseling Office
Please attach the following on separate sheets of paper:
- Financial Aid Award Letter from the school you plan on attending that includes information about what other aid you have been granted.
- A list of all other scholarships you have applied for.
- A one to two-page essay explaining what you have learned from your education at Chariho.
- A one to two-page essay about why you have chosen your future career path and the school you are attending.
