This scholarship was established at the Rhode Island Foundation with the generosity of the Horace A. Kimball Foundation and other individuals and businesses throughout the community in the memory of Paul D. Lynch. 

This scholarship is open to all students who plan to further their education after graduation from Chariho High School, whether at a two or four year college or at a technical school.
